Dear AG-NAV Staff,

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for the cooperation in the development of the mapping and integration of the AG-NAV Guia System for the Lee County Mosquito Control District in Fort Myers, Florida. Using SprayView to convert polygon files from the Google Earth Maps to shape or NO1. files that transfer into the Guia System has permitted the District to define areas of treatment with more accuracy and a precise manner of application. Once the areas are identified the pilot now can go directly to those areas saving both time and money.

A further by-product of this system is that the areas are now documented and transferred back to Google maps so that a comparison can be made to the area treated in relationship to the roads and building structure within that general area. The method of transferring the defined areas from pre-drawn zones on the Goggle Maps to shape files into the AG-NAV Guia System has permitted a defined and documented area to be treated. This system has provided a cost savings to the District.

Further, we have found that AG-NAV has been outstanding both in support and development of the AG-NAV Guia System with no hesitation to continue improvements. We are extremely pleased with the results that we are getting here at the Lee County Mosquito Control District.
